Monte’s Story
Monte Clemente was born into a family where he didn’t feel accepted. Not quite ready to be alone, but eager to find his new home, he dreamed of peace. After much contemplation, he decided to flee. He sought light in the dark and bravery in the unknown.
Monte retreated in the mountains with the wild beings. A quiet place where he could settle and rediscover his gifts. He found solace in his big emotions and sensitivity. He created space for the darkness that was passed down from generations. Monte mourned the past. Reckoning with a reality that was painful, Monte undertook the pivotal big flight.
He traced mountains, peaks and valleys as he soared with an aching heart.
The night took him as he was.
The moon guided him in the dark.
